Postage and packing is charged at £3.99 for orders under £50.00, orders over £50.00 will be free. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd post.

All orders are sent via Royal mail International. Postage and packing charges are based on the weight of the order.

We aim to dispatch your parcel within two working days of your order being accepted. (Please note that during busy times, – October to January – postal services can take longer to deliver goods).

Returns

Changing your mind

You have 28 days from receipt of your order to return your goods to us. Goods should be unused and in the original packaging. Before returning your order, please first contact us at lvkneedlecraft@outlook.com including the following information in your email: Your order number, The item number for the purchase you wish to return and the reason for the return.

On receipt of your email we will begin the returns process and advise you on how to proceed. When we receive your returned goods in a satisfactory condition as described above, we will issue you with a refund. Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used when ordering the Goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of the postage of any return at this time. Please ensure you retain your proof of postage for safe keeping.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If any Goods you have purchased do not comply and, for example, have faults or are damaged when you receive them, or if you receive incorrect Goods, please contact us at lvkneedlecraft@outlook.com as soon as reasonably possible to inform us of the fault, damage or error, and to arrange for a refund or replacement. Please include the following information in your email: Your order number, The item number for the purchase you wish to return, Information with regards to the fault, damage or error. You may attach photos.
